Danny Hale

Danny began his career in the homebuilding industry in 1985 building single family homes in Middle Tennessee. It soon became obvious to Hale that real estate sales, property management and commercial development were areas that most interested him.
In the thirty plus years since he began in the industry, Hale has been involved in developing thousands of residential and commercial sites in the Middle Tennessee area.
2015 marked Danny's 30th year in the real estate industry. He holds a real estate broker's license, master auctioneer's license and a residential and commercial general contracting license. At the time of receiving his contractor's license in 1986, Danny was the youngest licensed contractor in the state of Tennessee. He is a Graduate of the REALTORS Institute (GRI) and holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS).
He has received numerous awards from National Associations and is seen as an industry leader by his peers. He has been awarded the REALTOR of the year award from the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of REALTORS as well as sales and quality awards from his industry peers. He was recognized by the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce as the Business of the Year. Danny was a sitting board member and helped found Realtracs, the nation's first internet based multiple listing service. Danny is past Chairman of Forward Sumner, former Sumner County School Board member and a past member of Vol State Bank, Board of Directors.
Danny is married to Jean, his wife of over 30 years. They live in Gallatin and have two daughters, Megan and Lindsey. He enjoys reading, hunting, boating and flying. The Hales attend church at Long Hollow Baptist Church in Hendersonville.
