Heather L. Devermann, a consistent top producer and a licensed REALTOR® for more than 22 years, she is uniquely qualified to evaluate development and investment properties for landowners, developers, users and investors. Ms. Devermann's experience, local market knowledge and representation performance has earned her the trust of her clients, from private landowners, investors and financial institutions in the disposition of non-performing assets. Ms. Devermann's real estate background is diverse in vacant land, multifamily, industrial, office, retail and investment properties. Ms. Devermann has also proven herself highly effective in tenant and product representation. Ms. Devermann holds securities licenses (Series 22, Series 63) and is an expert in 1031 exchanges.
Ms. Devermann is a member of National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and Sumner Association of Realtors. Strongly community minded, she has held leadership positions on the Board of Directors of her local Chamber of Commerce, Economic Development Committee, and Christian High School. She has volunteered for over 20 years as a docent (volunteer educator) at the Brookfield Zoo, and also served on school PTO boards, Jr. Women's Groups, and has been a Boy Scout and Girl Scout Leader. Heather Devermann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN and attended four years of graduate school at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA.
Over the course of her career she has had been awarded for her professional achievements, most recently 2016 she was featured on the cover of Women in Commercial Real Estate and received the President’s Award for Highest Sales Transactions and President’s Award for Highest Sales Totals. In 2015, she shared her insights on real estate market trends as a panelist for the Real Estate Magazine, was also recognized with the Gold Commercial Forum Award and Top Producer Award from the Association of Realtors and received the President’s Award and Most Valuable Producer award from her company.
